Rafał Trusiewicz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (summa cum laude, 2000). During his legal studies, he also completed studies in English and European Union Law organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge and studies in American Law organised by the University of Florida at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. After graduation Rafał Trusiewicz became a scholarship holder at the Central European University in Budapest (LL.M., 2001) and was awarded a research fellowship by the Faculty of Law of the Central European University at Oxford University.
